Privacy policy

Plain English. We collect what an online store needs to deliver your order, and nothing else.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, email and delivery address.
  • Account details: your email and a hashed password if you create an account. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Payment details: handled entirely by Paystack. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
  • On your device: your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items are stored in your browser, not on our servers.

Why we collect it

To take payment, pack the right items, deliver to the right address, send you a receipt and handle returns. We also use aggregate order data to decide what to restock.

Who we share it with

  • Paystack, to process payments.
  • Our delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Order records stay for six years, which Nigerian tax and accounting rules require. Account details stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kmunch.ng and we respond within seven days. Deleting your account does not remove order records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. It contains a signed session token and nothing else. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
